PR Consultant

We are looking for a young and energetic candidate to be positioned as PR CONSULTANT

Requirements:

  1. At least a university graduate with a degree in communications, e.g. public relations.
  2. A high degree of interpersonal skills.
  3. A high corresponding level of oral and written communications skills in both Indonesian and English.
  4. Successful track record as a communicator and marketer.
  5. Ability to work as a leader and part of a team.
  6. Thorough knowledge of the PR industry with the ability to delegate to supporting consultants and staff.
  7. At least 2-4 years experience in a public relations consultancy from a reputable agency.
  8. Proficiency in communications strategy, become familiar with client corporate, financial or marketing objectives, concerns and issues.
  9. Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, committed to client service and able to work under pressure.

Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a young and energetic candidate to be positioned as SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

 Requirements:

  1. Translate Alchemy’s social media strategy into executable plans to build engagement around the company’s activities and services
  2. Set targets and timeline for social media programs and initiatives.
  3. Oversee development of the company’s website by integration of blogs, Twitter and Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc.
  4. Serve as a bridge between traditional communications and audience engagement on the web.
  5. Executive all of the above for Alchemy’s clients
  6. Stay on the cutting edge of developments in the social media space.
  7. Education:  (S1 in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related field), with 1-2 years of relevant experience in online marketing or communication
  8. Proven experience in online and social media thought leadership, e.g. speaking engagements, publications.
  9. Strong understanding of social media in relation to the broader media; especially interplay between online media and traditional media.

10. Demonstrated willingness to experiment and innovate.

11. Understanding of industry best practices, especially as relating to social media at agencies and public relations clients.

12. Excellent oral and written communication and presentational skills.  Spoken and written fluency in English and Indonesian.

13. Ability to counsel management on effective use of social media.
